API is returning incorrectly formatted timestamps - missing colon in the timezone part of the datetime stamp

Please see homeassistant issue https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/56554

The forecast.solar API service is returning incorrectly formatted timestamps

Unexpected error fetching forecast_solar data: Invalid isoformat string: '2021-09-22T06:22:00+0200'

The timestamp should have a colon in the timezone part - '2021-09-22T06:22:00+02:00'

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
