URGENT: Solar forecast is down (404)

We're getting a 404 on previously working requests, such as this one:
https://api.forecast.solar/[API KEY]/estimate/51.720279/5.357922/25/-90/0.4/25/90/0.4/45/0/8.0?time=utc
Or:
https://api.forecast.solar/[API KEY]/estimate/51.720279/5.357922/25/-90/0.4/25/90/0.4/45/0/8.0?time=utc
We just launched our solar charging feature yesterday. It makes use of your forecasts, so this is very bad timing for us. I'm guessing that a 404 has nothing to do with increased load from us, but I'd love to know what's causing it so we can help prevent it. Note: we limit retries if we get a HTTP response code that suggests a rate limit was reached.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
