Availability of API needs some improvement.

I used the API close to a year now and the availability is not the best and needs improvement. I put the API into monitoring solution (will not reach the max calls) and I see repeatedly downtimes for longer periods. In the last 30 days there were several downtimes leading to a total downtime of more then 1 % (availabilty <99%). I think that there should be no problem to reach 99,5 % with a single instance or behind loadbalancer with two instances there should be no big deal to reach 99,9 %. This is not a short-term issue - it repeats for the full year and I'm not sure if I should extend my subscription in Jannuary due to that reson.
